Useful information for your first appointment

Going for a beauty treatment should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but it's possible to feel a little nervous before visiting somewhere new.

So, I've put together some useful information for anyone coming to my beauty room for the first time. I hope this helps you to prepare for your visit and feel as relaxed as possible!

Before your appointment

Please ensure you complete the online consultation form before your arrival, this will be sent to you with your confirmation email. Note: This will be just for your first time booking.

A patch test is required for treatments such as lash tinting and lash extensions.

Getting here

The beauty room is located in Active Health, 17a Charles Street, Bath.

There is free parking for 1 hour 30 minutes in Sainsbury's Green Park.

When you arrive, please press the buzzer for room 17A (It's the button below 'reception'), I can then let you in and come and meet you. The room is situated along the hall and down some stairs.

Arrival time

Please arrive on time for your treatment or no more than 5 minutes early as if you come too early I may still be in treatment and not able to let you in.

There is a reception to the right of the entrance, should I be running late for any reason, but it is not open in the evenings or on Saturday so this is why I don't advise arriving more than 5 minutes early.

Additional tips

  • If you are having a regular pedicure please remember to bring your flip flops as I don’t have a room you can wait for them to dry in.

  • Card payments are preferred.

  • There is a toilet in the building for customer use.

  • The easiest way to reschedule an appointment is to use the booking system. There will be a link in your confirmation email.

If you have any issues on the day of your appointment then call 01225 699795. If I am unable to answer due to being in a treatment I will call back as soon as I can.

Please note that this number is only for on-the-day issues and not for booking or rescheduling appointments.
